To register your second level .TN domain now, you will need to own the corresponding third level .TN domain (.e.g. a .com.tn), have a local contact in Tunisia (Register.it can provide you with it) and have a right to the name you would like to apply for.

If the domain name you apply for corresponds with to your registered trademark, it is required that the trademark is valid in Tunisia.

The Authority reserves the right to demand that the valid mark is registered in Tunisia, even if it corresponds to the applicant's company name.
